Domestic Shipping Policy

  • 1-8 Business days depending on the shipping delivery you pay for. 
  • Priority and UPS shipping are the only shipping options that include insurance; therefore, your order may be eligible for a refund or replacement for lost or damaged packages.
  • First-class shipping does not include insurance.  We offer first-class shipping as a cost-efficient shipping option for our customers, however, we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products.  
  • Under no circumstance will we be responsible for stolen or uninsured packages

Shipping processing time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days except for Custom Incense bottles or orders containing Custom Incense Bottles. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • We do not guarantee shipping will arrive within the time frame stated per USPS shipping policy. For example, 2-day shipping does not guarantee that your shipment will arrive in 2days but rather shipped from carrier within 2 business days.

  • Free shipping applies to orders totaling $100 or more before taxes except

    • Bulk orders equaling to 20 candles or more
    • Wholesale orders
